I’ve been using it for about 3 days now and it has just started working. The only issue I have with it is that it feels like I have really intense gas pains. I’m assuming that it’s the process of pushing everything out that is causing the pain. My sister assured me that this is what the cause was.
Anyone else do the Acai berry colon cleanse and how did it work for you?
It is a complete waste of money & time.

I am going to be honest with you. Acai berry did absolutely nothing for me, well that’s not true. I lost a grand total of 3 pounds which easily could have been water weight. Now I’m not trying to make you a sales pitch hear but I think you should look into this. I then tried another "free trial" weight loss thing and it was colon maxx. I lost 10x what I did then Acai. Essentially colon maxx flushes your colon/liver/body of harmful toxins so that your body is set back to it’s natural state. What this does is allow your body to more easily and effectively break down fats, carbs etc. So colon maxx with a little healthy eating and your set my friend!
You can take it or leave it but check out the free trial that I got, I mean nothing to loose right?

I’ve heard the diet makes you feel way better and takes like 15-20 pouns off which is awesome cause i need to lose 20 pounds.What do I drink ?For how long?Where do i buy the drink or whatever its called at ?Please tell me everything you know ….and your opinions on the coon cleanse.And can you tell me ways to lose the pouch I have I’m 133 and I am 5’5 i want to lose at least 15 pounds because thats my idle weight thanks.
The reason that most doctors do not condone the use of colon cleansing for weight loss purposes is simply that the digestive system and bowel naturally eliminate waste material and bacteria. There is no need to use enemas or pills to do what your body does naturally.
If you are really set on doing this, at least make sure that you stay hydrated. The main problem with colon cleansing is dehydration.
