The Almighty Cleanse:- is it All That?
Chances are you have seen advertising for The Almighty Cleanse, the all natural herbal colon cleanser developed by natural healing guru Danny Vierra. It seems to be popping up everywhere these days. These two simple bottles are scrubbing and bubbling bowels across America and we just have to wonder – is it All That?
First of all, what’s in it?
Formula One: to regulate digestion and rid waste from your system
Cape Aloe Leaf
Barberry Root
Senna Leaf
Cascara Segrada Bark
Rhubarb Root
Black Walnut Hulls
Garlic Bulb
Wormwood
Cloves Bud
Fennel Seed
Cayenne Fruit
Ginger Root
Formula Two: an intestinal scrub that helps detoxify your body
Psyllium Husk and Seed
Bentonite Clay
Apple Pectin
Flax Seed
Slippery Elm Bark
Activated Willow Charcoal
Marshmallow (Aerial Part)
How to do it?
The directions for the plan are amazingly simple and clearly described on the packaging. This is a 7 day cleanse.
On day one, take one capsule in the evening with your meal. Drink six to eight ounces of water with each nightly dose. Increase the dose by one capsule each night until you notice your bowel movements increasing in size or frequency. Stay at this dosage throughout the rest of the cleanse.
Add the Formula Two capsules as directed on the day you notice your bowel activity increasing.
The Almighty Plan
During the 7 day cleanse, the inventor Mr. Vierra, offers three eating plans. The most stringent is The Almighty Plan which recommends you drink only fresh fruit and vegetables during the cleanse, preferably prepared at home from fresh produce. As Formula Two is quite filling, you should not feel hungry yet have a huge boost of energy.
After the 7 day cleanse is complete, it is best to break the cleanse gently with small servings of fresh fruits for breakfast and fresh salad for lunch on days eight and nine.
What are people saying after using the Almighty Cleanse? Before you spend your money and risk your health you should do an internet search to find out what users have to say. One of the places where there were positive reviews were found at The Almighty Cleanse website itself. But there seems to be some people unhappy with this product and it would be wise to check some of the other options available on the market before making a purchase decision. Remember, a wise consumer is an educated consumer.

How to cleanse your colon without pills or going to the doctor.?

Anyone ever use the Almighty Cleanse 7 day detox program? If so,what were your results?
I was thinking of purchasing it and do not want to waste my money,if it didn’t work like they claim.I would like to hear from people that have used the product and what they thought of it.Thanks for your answers.
Colon cleansing programs are scams, you’re not walking around with pounds of fecal matter attached to your colon. The large discharges these companies love to talk about, the bulk of it formed by the fiber contained in the cleansing products.
If you had an impacted colon and it caused you to gain weight, you would know it, as you would be running to the nearest emergency room or doctor in pain.
Your colon does exactly what it is suppose to do.
If you think you have medical condition, see a doctor and they will decide what appropriate action should be taken.
If you want to live a healthy life, you can start by eating healthy.

I would suggest trying cleansing your body. I found cleansing to be the best weight loss program. I have ever tried. I lost 12 pounds in a week and 29 pounds in a month. I feel better since I removed the toxins from my body and shed some unwanted pounds. I did weight watchers, Jenny Craig and Medifast. I found that cleansing was the best since I saw results quickly and that kept me motivated to stick on the program.
