I need to lose 20-25 lbs in 5 months and I posted a question on how to lose the weight and two of the 7 said to cleanse your colon but here’s the problem, I’m 12 and if I ask my mom to order something like that she will go into this lecture about how I don’t need to lose weight. My doctor and a BMI check i did said i was overweight. I weight as much as my mom and she is 132 lbs. Anyway, do you know how to cleanse your colon and get rid of all the junk by just using the food in your house. Please answer.

I need to go this and I can’t swallow pills because I have problems, so I can’t get pills. And I have no money for a doctor to do this.
